I currently work as an Assistant Professor of Management in the Rucks Department of Management at Louisiana State University, where my research broadly focuses on leadership and teams within the field of Organizational Behavior. I’m most curious about how people lead, adapt, and collaborate in response to crises, backlash, and other high-pressure situations, with the goal of advancing insight into what enables leaders, teams, and their members to stay resilient, effective, and aligned under strain. In both my research and teaching efforts, I draw on 8 years of prior work experience in retail banking, international distributing, family business, and consulting to connect theory with practice. In my free time I enjoy training mixed-martial arts (Filipino martial arts, boxing, kick boxing, Muay Thai, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu), playing tennis, reading, traveling, and listening to live music.
Studying how people lead and adapt together when it matters most.
